Corporate Workshop Day

 

AMP Corporate Workshop Day takes place one day prior to the official start of the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo. This event is the exclusive opportunity for AMP Exhibiting Companies to present directly to and interact directly with their clients and prospects. More than 80% of all meeting registrants attend Corporate Workshop Day. No registration is required so your colleagues and customers alike are welcome to attend regardless of whether or not they plan to attend the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo. Each workshop is worth 1 priority point.

Highlights of Corporate Workshop Day...

  • More than 80 hours of workshops hosted by AMP Exhibiting Companies
  • Takes place one day prior to the start of the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo
  • Does not require registration so your colleagues and clients are welcome to attend
  • Attracts more than 1,000 AMP meeting registrants
  • Allows AMP Exhibitors direct access to their clients and prospects in a classroom-type environment

  • The cost is $3,900 per 50 minute workshop if purchased on or before March 29.

  • The fee includes general A/V services – a podium, room set-up, microphone, projector, and screen. Additional services including catering are available at the workshop host’s expense.
  • AMP promotes Corporate Workshop Day to all members and meeting registrants via the Website, email, and during the online Annual Meeting registration process

Deadlines...

  • The deadline to secure a corporate workshop is May 5, 2020. These sell quickly so book early!
  • The deadline to provide complete workshop details, including title and description (100 words, max), is June 5, 2020.

Restrictions...

  • Content is subject to the approval of AMP.
  • Limit three 50 minute sessions per company.
  • Corporate Partners may host more than three workshops upon approval by AMP.

AMP is excited to offer this year-round opportunity for company’s to reach AMP members and others in the field of molecular diagnostics. Online Corporate Workshops are just that - your company’s “corporate work- shop” online as a webinar or recording. Each workshop is worth 1 Priority Point. Here’s how it works:

AMP Provides...

  • Management of the Workshop (webinar) including coordinating with company to rehearse, schedule, and conduct the Online Corporate Workshop
  • Marketing of the Workshop (webinar) to AMP members and its extensive contact database
  • Housing of the Workshop on www.amp.org for twelve months
  • A direct link to the archived webinar for use by the company
  • Management of all technical aspects of the webinar
  • A list of Workshop registrants including mailing addresses (NO email addresses)

Company Provides...

  • Workshop (webinar) Title, Description, Content, and Speakers
  • Print and web-ready versions of the company logo (for marketing purposes)
  • $4,500 for AMP to host, promote, and house the Workshop (webinar)
  • Full rights for AMP’s use and retention of the Workshop
  • Communication and coordination with speakers along with a single point of contact for AMP

AMP will house and promote the workshop directly to its 2,300+ members plus more than 2,000 others in the field of molecular diagnostics. Onsite Meeting Spaces

A limited number of small rooms on the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall will be available for exhibitors to conduct one-on-one meetings with their clients and prospects. They will be available to rent for the duration of the show hours. Each room will be set with one table and four chairs. Additional features, such as audio/visual, Internet, and a lockable door are available at the expense of the exhibiting company. Note - food and beverage are NOT permitted in these meeting spaces.

Costs and Services...

  • The cost is $2,800 for a 10’ x 10’ meeting room or $5,000 for a 10’ x 20’ meeting room.
  • The fee includes one table and four chairs per 10’ x 10’ space.
  • AMP will provide signage.

Deadlines...

  • The deadline to secure an onsite meeting space is July 31, 2020 (based on availability).

Restrictions...

  • One per company. First come, first served.

Innovation Spotlight Stage

 

The new AMP Innovation Spotlight Stage provides exhibitors with an opportunity to address a captive audience front and center on the show floor, during show hours. (see floorplan for locations)
 

During the Innovation Spotlights, exhibitors are encouraged to provide all things innovative, including:

  • Hands on demos for new and innovative technology & products (space is limited)
  • Talks and presentations on Innovative approaches to the Molecular Pathology industry
